medi GmbH & Co. KG produces medical and health-related products. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany in the form valid on the day the agreement is concluded apply for this business relationship; for the remainder these Terms and Conditions. medi GmbH & Co. KG does not recognize conflicting terms and conditions or ones deviating from these Terms and Conditions. medi GmbH & Co. KG expressly rejects these.
The presentation of the products in the CEP web shop does not represent an offer, but non-binding product information instead. Acceptance of the offer to buy does not take place until our order confirmation has been sent.
The delivery of goods takes place via parcel service or forwarding. medi GmbH & Co. KG is authorized to make partial deliveries in justified cases. The goods are insured during transport by the insurance coverage of the parcel service provider or forwarder.
4) Payment methods
The invoiced amount is payable via credit card, direct debit, PayPal or Sofortüberweisung.
Shipping is free of charge for orders totaling €35 or more.

5) Conditional sale
The delivered goods remain the property of medi GmbH & Co. KG until complete payment has been made including all shipping costs charged.
Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You must pay regular return postage costs if the goods delivered correspond to your order and if the purchase price of the goods to be returned does not exceed the amount of €40 or, for goods exceeding this amount, if you have not provided payment or contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, return postage is free of charge.
medi GmbH & Co. KG stores the name, address and e-mail address of customers for internal purposes and, if opted for, for the company newsletter. Names, addresses and e-mail addresses are not shared with third parties. Excluded from this are medi GmbH & Co. KG’s contractually associated service partners, in particular parcel services and forwarding companies. In these cases the sharing of such information takes place in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
All customers have the right within the scope of the BDSG to request information about their saved data as well as the correction, blocking and deletion of this data. If deletion is not possible due to legal, contractual, trade and/or tax-based retention periods or other legally-based reasons, the data may be blocked instead of deleted. Personal information is collected and saved exclusively within the scope of the statutory requirements outlined in the BDSG and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).
medi GmbH & Co. KG is not responsible or liable for the content of other linked websites and distances itself from the content found on these sites. This also applies to the product images and descriptions used on this website in cases in which these have been provided by manufacturers or other third parties.
9) Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies for agreements concluded within the scope of these Terms and Conditions.
10) Place of performance
Bayreuth is the place of performance for all contractual obligations.
11) Final provisions
Supplements, additions and/or amendments to this agreement are not valid unless they have been set out in writing. The same applies to the conclusion of any cancellation contract.
Should one of the provisions of this agreement be or become ineffective or impracticable, then this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the supply agreement. In such case the contractual parties agree to replace the ineffective or impracticable provision with an effective or practicable provision that corresponds as closely as possible to the contractual parties’ economic interests.
12) The contract language is German.
